Tilak Mehta is one of the youngest entrepreneurs in India. He made of the country proud with his remarkable initiative, by launching an App-based courier named Paper n Parcels service in Mumbai. He collaborated his Business with the Dabbawalas (that peoplewho carry and deliver Tiffin boxes across the Mumbai region of India) of Mumbai for his initiative.

In the year 2017 When tilak went to his uncles’ Home. He had forgotten some study books at his uncle’s home. The Next Day he called his uncle and asked him if he could get his forgotten books by courier today. His uncle replied that Beta you may not get is today but will get it tomorrow and the cost of courier will be more than the price of your books.

After hearing this, Tilak became dizzy. He thaught in his mind that it Couldn’t become possible that the courier is delivered on the same day at an affordable cost to the common man? Tilak started thinking in that direction and he remembered Mumbai’s Dabbawala, he thought that if the services of the Dabbawala brothers are taken then they can be delivered to more than two lakh people on the same day at a lower cost.

Tilak did all the calculations and the 13-year-old boy saw a big business of courier service. Tilak met Mr. Subhash Talekar, President of the Mumbai Dabbawala Association, and expressed his views. Subhash Talekar also felt that by joining together, the Dabbawala brothers would earn a little more.

Tilak shared his idea with his uncle Ghanshyambhai. Ghanshyambhai was a banker who worked with money. He also saw a big business opportunity in this idea to work with Tilak’s company and started a company called Papers and Parcels. Ghanshyambhai is the current CEO of the PNP company. Ghanashyambhai did a lot of research and found the startup feasible, thus, decided to quit his job and jumped into this to make it a reality.

The mastermind of PNP Tilak Mehta who’s studying in school and on his weekdays he is working in his company on his weekends. He used to do regular meetings with his colleagues and take their feedback to improve the services better. He is in charge of training the Dabbawala brothers and determining their routes. At present, 300 people are attached to him and deliver couriers to about 1200 offices every day. The target is to reach 100 crore turnover in two years. The motto of the company is to ensure the same day delivery of their goods within the Mumbai region.

His Family background & Awards:

His father Vishal Mehta is also associated with a logistic based company. Tilak has a twin sister Tanvi and mother Kajal Mehta, a homemaker. He recently wins the “Young entrepreneur title at the India Maritime Awards in 2018”

So Many Youngsters The nearby age group of the Tilak Mehta is Spending their lots of time Playing Games and making useless Videos on Social Media apps. They are still telling that they are jobless they have no work. Educated People are complaining that they have no job opportunities. And this young boy Tilak Mehta has become the owner of a company by implementing his own idea.
