What are the biggest fads amongst the youth of India?

It’s a rule of nature “Everything is temporary, only the change is permanent”, which is true. The human race has never stopped developing. Youth is the future of any country, they can make it or break it. Likewise, Indian youth is also developing. Setting trends and bars in the world to justify their existence. It has become mandatory for the youth to impress everyone. This has also become helpful to stay up-to-date or “cool”. Constant validation is needed by them and that is why fads have become a step to success. Basically, these fads mean recent trend or craze. Trends have been set by the youth of this age.

Years back, people didn’t even know famous places near their town and now the scene is totally different. Everyone loves to travel. This pandemic has ruined it all but still, people are traveling across countries whenever they get a chance. Traveling and putting #wanderlust has become a must.

Everyone is a fan of watching web series. No matter which genre it is but if it is recent then you have got to watch it. If you don’t watch one then get ready to feel left out at parties or while interacting with people. Every sitcom needs to be watched otherwise you will be considered boring. This pandemic made everyone a web series fan. As the theatres were closed, the OTT platforms prospered.

YKW, I’m NGL but peeps nowadays use this kinda lingo!

Makes sense? I mean, there’s no desperate need to use this ‘kinda’ language. It may look cool but it’s confusing. Abbreviations were used to save time and now they are used to look cool. Time changes, priority changes. Nevermind!

Who doesn’t like Pop music? Listening to pop music gives me chills, literal chills. EDM is also in trend but somewhere and somehow Pop music is overtaking the field. Every time you open Snapchat, you find at least 2–3 stories of pop music playing in a car.

Indian youth is diverting towards many western trends and also creating their own. Being in trend is mandatory in today’s date!
