Why the need for a ‘New Normal’?
A nationwide lockdown was announced when the Corona epidemic began in India. All services except essential services were blocked due to lockdown. But the epidemic was not going to end with everything being shut down for so long. And the country’s economic situation also began to falter in the wake of the lockdown. So the habit of living with the obligatory Corona continued.
At a time when Corona cases are increasing day by day, we have to make New Norma more effective.

1. Social distance
We, especially the people of India, enjoy being in the crowd. Circumstances that seem to live only if everyone together has now inevitably changed. Mandatory now is to keep a distance from each other. If the distance is not maintained, there will be no distance between Corona and us. A distance of at least six feet between two people to keep the corona will keep us healthy.
2. Avoid gathering
We are festival-loving people. These are not fun days to enjoy the holidays together with family and friends. Doing so will have two benefits. One is to save money these days. Money may be needed at any time. An emergency can come at any time. It is difficult to predict. The less we gather, the greater the social distance. Depending on the time, a distance of at least three feet or 1 meter should be maintained between the two persons.
3. Mask mandatory
We usually check our purses, mobiles, watches, and licenses before leaving the house. Now one thing has been added. That is the mask. Thus, there is a lot of discussions, talk, and sometimes heated discussions on how useful the mask is or not, but according to the government’s guidelines, the mask is mandatory.
You just have to be more discriminating with the help you render toward other people. It is safe to wear a mask, especially in public places, in offices, on public transport.

4. Adopt a new routine.
New routine? Yes. The Corona epidemic has forced us to think in a way that it is no longer advisable to live the way we used to. One has to keep oneself constantly fit. The goal is to constantly prepare the body to fight the corona through yoga and exercise.
At the same time, there is a need to create awareness about food. Days cannot be wasted on fast food. The Indian kitchen system has played a big part in protecting India against corona.
5. Avoid using public transport
In our country, almost all types of public transport are used on the basis of sharing. There is a need to put enough rock on our method at this time. In every type of public transport, it has to be forgotten to carry twice the capacity of the vehicle. Now the days have come to carry only half the capacity. Only if it is compulsory to travel and then direct contact has to be avoided.
6. Religious places
Religious places are the most crowded in India morning and evening. Such places can become hotspots if the places of worship are not maintained, especially when the movement of the elderly and young children is high.
Prayers or worship can also be done at home. It is not advisable to go out just for the purpose of going for a walk.
7. To have enough relationship in the office
In general, offices in our country do not have only professional relations. There are also emotional ties to each other. But this time we have to learn to control our emotions. Since you have to stay in the office for seven-eight hours continuously, keep meeting as few people as possible in the office. If you have free time, just sit in your place instead of strolling. The fewer people you meet, the lower the risk.
And most importantly, ‘New Normal’ is to stay at home. The best option is to stay at home until the Corona global pandemic vaccine is available to everyone. Corona Warriors are fulfilling their responsibilities and duties. Getting out of the house can be detrimental to other members of the household. Our small negligence can put us in great danger
Adoption with New Normal has to be done to avoid this risk.
